The Brand

Surround by Laminex is a new brand from the Laminex stable – a modern range of decorative wall panels. We developed the brand from positioning, identity, collateral, images and art direction through to films and a major above-the-line launch campaign, including a television commercial, to coincide with the product’s release on The Block in 2021.

The Campaigns

Following the enormous success of the brand’s launch on The Block, the business reinvested in media for 2022. Ortolan’s creative approach was to engage Studio Esteta for this subsequent campaign to create three fresh spaces. These complex sets were produced by Ortolan as well as the media rollout across free and digital television, a strong social media campaign and magazine advertising.

Set Design

With an ever-expanding need for content, and to introduce a growing product range, we are continually creating more images and motion pieces quickly and efficiently. This involves always thinking about new ways the product can be utilised and styled, targeting various audiences from commercial to residential, DIY to architects. From inception to delivery, Ortolan designs the sets, supervises the build and produces and art directs all the shoots including styling to bring the spaces to life.
