Modernising femininity
Within a busy fashion landscape, Ortolan was engaged to reposition and modernise
the much-loved Review brand while still staying true to its feminine heritage. We were tasked with designing a brand refresh inline with a new strategic direction. The rebrand covered all aspects of the identity – logo, monogram, packaging, website and the art direction of a launch campaign which signified and embodied this new direction.
The new branding was inspired by their signature prints, feminine silhouettes
and intricate detailing – elements that are integral to the Review story. By looking deeply into
the DNA of the brand, we were able to design an identity that felt true to its core values while still holding a point of difference from its competitors.
