As Jaggad shifted from wholesale to a vertically integrated, online-only business, the brand entered a period of rapid growth in a post-Covid retail landscape. With escalating content demands and the need for cohesive, brand-elevating creative, Ortolan was initially engaged to conceptualise, produce and art direct a collaboration with The Australian Ballet. The impact of this work quickly led to our appointment as ongoing creative partners across all collaborations and in-house seasonal campaigns.
Executing major hero campaigns alongside everyday, always-on content requires a tiered approach and a high level of creative and logistical problem-solving. For Jaggad, this translates to high-volume shoot days approximately every three weeks, supported by a seamless process across concepting, production management and on-set art direction.
Our full-service model has streamlined their workflow and elevated output across all channels — from premium above-the-line campaigns to daily social content — enabling the brand to move at pace while maintaining strong creative cohesion and a clearly defined visual identity.
