Credits

Through a series of collaborative workshops, we partnered with Project 12 Architecture to articulate a clear set of core values. What emerged most strongly was their deeply client-focused philosophy and their genuine commitment to improving the lives of the people who inhabit the spaces they design — from education and community environments to residential projects.

The resulting identity reflects this empathy and partnership, positioning the client first and framing practice and client as equal contributors throughout the design journey.

This equilibrium is expressed visually through the typographic system, where client and project names hold equal weight and sit in considered balance. The identity becomes a quiet yet powerful articulation of the studio’s ethos: architecture shaped through collaboration, clarity and care.

Ortolan acknowledges the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, the traditional custodians of the land on which we stand.
